- Caitlin Trainor is a dancer, choreographer, fitness expert and yoga fanatic. She is an ACE certified lifestyle and weight management consultant, golf conditioning specialist, personal trainer, and Pilates mat instructor. She has danced at the Metropolitan Opera House, Shea Stadium, and on the walls of Lincoln Center. A member of the faculty at Barnard College/Columbia University, Caitlin is endlessly excited by movement and the body.
